After beginning her career filling job orders for temporary assignments, Colonna parlayed her knack for identifying the best talent into in a prosperous career in sales, then sales management. Overseeing three offices that managed the placement of temps in various fields, including medical and legal assignments, Colonna began to expand upon her consulting repertoire by placing pharmaceutical candidates. This led to Colonna’s career shift from temporary to permanent placements of pharmaceutical and office support professionals. After transitioning solely into pharmaceutical permanent job placement, Colonna specialized in placing candidates for the past fifteen years.

Danielle Panas has spent her entire professional career in the pharmaceutical industry. Danielle currently is an Executive Recruiter for MC Pharma Consultants, LLC. In 2002, Danielle entered the pharmaceutical industry as a Marketing Communications Specialist for the pharmaceutical company Novartis. It was at Novartis that she was introduced to the industry’s practices and culture by working with the FDA, regulatory committees and advertising agencies. In 2008, Danielle took this knowledge and used it as a natural progression into pharmaceutical sales. She worked as a sales representative in the North Jersey region specializing in the cardiovascular therapeutic category. This experience led her to the opportunity as Executive Recruiter with MC Pharma Consultants, LLC.
